What is Angelic Earth Resonance?
Angelic Earth Resonance (AER) is a presence- and love-based body of work that activates our inner healer, also known as the Kundalini energy or the Internal Alchemist, in order to deeply facilitate healing and integration. This is the wise part of us that only knows our beauty and perfection. Our inner healer allows patterns arising from our unconscious and conscious mind to be cleared, released, healed and integrated, awakening the remembrance of our inner power, compassion and love.

Unwinding Stress
Stress, tension, trauma and pain are part of living in this reality and moving beyond them leads to a more grounded ability to handle increased sensitivity and a deeper connection to ourselves, to others, to Spirit.
AER addresses the tension in our bodies and minds by helping us remember our Wholeness rather than seeing something that needs to be fixed. We retain the truth of who we are in our heart as spiritual beings. Through this work, our inner light shines into our conscious awareness and changes our lives.

Armoring
Tension and stress manifest in our body as physical changes or accommodations known as armoring and can be seen in facial features, postural changes, physical pain, limited movement and more. Armoring tells the story of how we adapted to the tension, stress and trauma we experienced. As we unwind this armoring, we reconnect to our feelings and our vitality, and can more easily live in joy and gratitude.

AER operates from Remembering Our Wholeness by navigating through the mazes and stories of life.
All it takes is a curious, open mind, and a willingness to let go of what no longer serves us. Clients experience relaxation, increased clarity and an expanded awareness of themselves.
This integration deepens with subsequent sessions, deepening our connection with our true self and all life.
Angelic Earth Resonance draws on shamanic roots and involves movement, sound, toning, crystals, instruments and light language. My role is to surrender to Love, the ever present frequency of the Divine / All That Is / Higher Self / our True Self for the Greatest Good for All.
Light language is communication and healing from Guides and Angels that speaks to your body, mind and heart. It is a type of sound healing that is beyond the linear mind. We receive without needing to know.
