You are doing the best you can

You know how you just feel off kilter, unfocused? Or maybe you feel low energy or unmotivated? Well, the good news is this is a passing thing, just like everything in this world. “This too shall pass.”

Simply acknowledging that in this moment you are doing the best you can is the gift to give yourself. Sure, it may be 1% or 10% of your typical best, but here you are in THIS moment, doing your best with what you have.

So, take a breath, relax, give yourself a break and see what comes next.
